Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fylio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions
  • Service: Fylio web application, its features and APIs.
  • Account: your registered user account.
  • Organization (Org): a group of users under one admin paying subscription.
  • Admin: the user who created the Org and holds the subscription.
  • User Content: all documents, uploads, data you store on Fylio.
3. Accounts & Registration

You must be 18+ and provide a valid email. Admins pay for a subscription; other Org members join free. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free tier: 2 GB storage per Org. Paid tiers increase limits per published plans. Admins pay via Stripe.

Important: All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. If payment fails or subscription lapses, your Org's access may be suspended.
5. Storage Limits & Usage

Fylio enforces per-Org storage limits. Uploads exceeding your plan will be blocked. You're responsible for monitoring usage; overage features may be introduced later.

6. User Content & Licenses

You retain all ownership of your User Content. By uploading, you grant Fylio a worldwide license to host, display, and backup your files. You represent you have all rights to the content you upload.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Don't use Fylio for illegal or infringing content. No hacking, scraping, or reverse-engineering the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your Org or account at any time. Fylio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Fylio disclaims all warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fylio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at top will update. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
